Boxing is back big-time this weekend with a showdown between two of the top 10 Pound For Pound fighters in the world today, Manny Pacquiao and Juan Manuel Marquez. The first fight was a classic draw that saw Pac Man drop Marquez three times in the first, only to have Marquez come back and dominate the fight. Four years later, they're back at it. This time Pacquiao is in his prime and Marquez is fighting off Father Time. Pacquiao is the favorite, but the FlyMaster is picking Marquez for a couple of reasons. Marquez is a crafty technician with an iron chin, and he was able to figure Pacquiao out when Pac Man was still a whirling dervish. Now that Pac Man has adopted a more conventional arsenal, Marquez will spot the flaws with greater ease. Secondly, Pacquiao has disposed of Erik Morales and Marco Antonio Barrera twice each, leaving Marquez as the last Mexican standing. Pacquiao is a national icon in the Philipines, but Marquez is a soldier in a long tradition of Mexican warriors and now the Mexico's pride is at stake. This is something that will fuel Marquez to victory

Bottom Line:

Marquez wins in 9th round TKO of Pac Man. Look for a great fight!
