I know what your asking: Why would anyone want to make a MLS group? The MLS is considered by many as a lackluster league that brings in the world's tired, poor, greedy and old soccer stars. I must be insane for wanting to start a group about such a crappy league! Well, let me explain:
1) I'm insane. (don't click on that link)
2) I did a little research, and the pre-existing MLS group on Fannation, though it was large, was very inactive. In fact, it had no blogs. Basically, the room was filled with 34 people who were just sitting there, not talking, not saying anything.
I made this group so fans who enjoy the MLS, no matter how much hatred it receives and how much scrutiny it comes under, and can enjoy talking about American soccer at it's "finest".
Truthfully, the league is growing every year and every year the talent level increases, and the league deserves to have a place where it's fans can find sanctuary from the harsh criticism that is the United States of America.
So bring me your tired, poor, greedy and old soccer fans. Let the fan-dom of the MLS Fan Group begin.
