I think the Pats are absolutely screwed here. And this is coming from a Pats Fan... I don't think the NFL would be using so much of their valuable time just to negotiate with a guy who is accusing the Pats of something but has no evidence. Matt Walsh is bound to have something. He can't just be spending thousands of his money just to talk to the NFL.

Here how this could finally end:

Matt Walsh could end up having absolutely nothing and the NFL would be pissed at him for making them spend their valuable time for nothing. The Pats would be happy that they did no get screwed by him. Could this lead to another disasterous sports meeting in Congress?

Matt Walsh could have something that the NFL already knew. Walsh would then be embarrased. The NFL would be pissed for him giving them something that they already had. The Pats would not get screwed and life would be happy in the world of New England. The rest of the world would be as angry as hell though. This would be the dang subject of every talk radio station in the country.

Chances: 40%

Matt Walsh has something big that redefines sports history that totally screws the Pats. The rest of the world would be happy except for New England, which would turn on it's football team and turn to...some other team. At least we have the Celtics and the Red Sox.

Matt Walsh is going to screw the pats. It's very likely the last situation will happen. Without all the drama.
