The Colts haven't made any dramatic changes to their roster of made any real effort to trade any of their players or picks to get a pick in the first round personally i agree with this method becasue what do they need to improve their weakest position is probably linbacker but i see some very good linbackers dropping to the 2nd round like a Dan Conner from Penn State what do you think about their approach.

Bill Polian knows what hes doing. The colts are going to be fine. I know the colts way of free agency isn't exciting but as we all know it is effective.
