1. George Mason vs. Notre Dame-
Both of these teams are very talented. We all saw what George Mason could do 2 years ago when they made the Final Four 2 years ago as a low seed as well. They still have four of the players who were on that Final Four team and still have the talent to pull a round 1 upset. Notre Dame also lost in round 1 last year to Winthrop so they might lose again as well....
Davidon vs. Gonzaga-
Davidson is entering the tournament on a 22 game winning streak. That's pretty darn good if ya ask me. Gonzaga is not one of the top teams entering this tourney which makes an upset even more probable. This should be an interesting game.
Cornell vs. Stanford-
Cornell is really capable of pulling a big upset here. They have won 12 straight games entering the tourney. This season they ranked 10th in field-goal percent, 3-pt percent, and free-throw percent. They are playing a pretty unexperienced Stanford team who will need to get better offensively to get far in this tourney. Still, it doesn't hurt to have the 7-foot Lopez twins just waiting at the hoop to get a rebound...
