First of all, a quick explanation of NFL-ESP [Extended Strategic Principles]....
NFL-ESP uses 1. Spirit 2. Motivation 3. X's and O's and 4. Strategy as it relates to our use of our exclusive POWER-RANKINGS and the POWER-SPREAD. It is one-of-kind and premiere in its ANALYSIS and ANALYTICS.
Now here is the partial Report on Head Coaches and certain teams.
NFL-ESP strategizes looking primarily at the owner, GM, Head Coach, and QB.
When analyzing a Head Coach NFL-ESP looks for these characteristics:
1. Belief in God
4. Leadership (especially as it relates to making a team a family and team).
5. Passion (Is your life faith, football and family?)
6. Playing Experience (primarily at QB).
7. Use of NFL-ESP Strategy (placed last because only 5 current coaches use a form of it: Belichik, Coughlin, Payton, McCarthy, Tomlin).
DALLAS-Jerry Jones a great owner. Jason Garrett is a good coach and as noted Tony Romo is a great QB. There needs to be more "talent" in the organization and on the roster including both low-rated coordinators.
WASHINGTON-NFL-ESP can never know for sure; but Shanihan has no belief in God, but his credentials will make him a good candidate for some new vacancies although there was a mistake made playing RGIII last in 2012. RG III is a good QB, but not a great one yet. UPDATE: For mulitple reasons, the Coach Gruden hire is a definitive downgrade and the Redskins will struggle again in 2014.
NY GIANTS-Coach Coughlin is great. The odds have caught-up to Eli Manning.
DETROIT-Coach Schwartz has always been ranked one of the worst by NFL-ESP standards. If Detroit gets faith-based disciplinarian they will win the division. However, there may not be any currently available.
CHICAGO-NFL-ESP believes in Coach Trestman, my friend, and can only pray he improves his use of NFL-ESP. In fact, if he were not the coach of the Bears they would have been about 6-10 this season or worse.
MINNESOTA-Ownership has more issues than ex-coach Frazier who actually should have been given one more year.
ATLANTA-GM needs to use NFL-ESP principles as does Head Coach. At present, Head Coach is not good enough to win Super Bowl.
TAMPA BAY-Team had tough schedule and will improve next season pending hiring of Head Coach who may be worse than Schiano. There are only 1-2 available coaches who may be an improvement in a weak pool this post-season.
MIAMI-Mr. Ross is a good owner and Coach Philbin is a good coach.
NY JETS-Rex Ryan is a very good coach, however, discipline is necessary and he is not a Super Bowl coach; but is the best choice for the Jets.
BILLS-Need a change in the GM who rejected NFL-ESP and Head Coach deserves another year.
CLEVELAND-GM was offered and rejected NFL-ESP info and Coach Chudzinski was ranked low but with a room for improvement in just a 1-season head coaching sample.
CINCINNATI-Coach Lewis is a good coach, but is not ranked high enough to win Super Bowl.
TENNESSEE-Coach Munchak has not been researched to date.
JACKSONVILLE-GM has rejected NFL-ESP and Coach Bradley was not endorsed last season.
HOUSTON-Coach Kubiak was a good coach, but not ranked high enough to win Super Bowl. This team, with wise 1st round draft pick and best possible Head Coach will be highly-ranked in 2014.
OAKLAND-Coach Allen is ranked low and could be improved upon.
DENVER-GM Elway and Coach Fox will not win Super Bowl, even with highest-ranked to date, QB ever.
