     Before I begin, an update: I didn't get to go to Hershey last Saturday night. I wasn't up for it, anyway.

     Now, to the business at hand. We have a new member, Aneesa, who I've asked to help blog on here (and take the pressure off me trying to keep this joint running every day or so). I hope she takes me up on this.

     As to last night: the Caps are STILL 2 points away from the playoffs, despite the fact we won in a shootout (thank you, Victor Koslov!!!). Oh, and Alex now is the single-season record holder thanks to scoring #61 to pass Dennis Maruk. 26 years that record stood, until last night. Damn, that long??

     I said this before, and it bears to be repeated...I ain't giving up on this, until it's decided one way or another. So keep the shovels locked in the toolshed, people; we ain't ready for 'em yet.
