That was John Olerud pitching from the Cougs ow WSU during the late 80's.  He is 4th in career wins(26), 3rd in games started season(16), 3rd in k's season(113), 1st in IP season(122.2), and wins in season(15) he was also playing 1B and IF at WAZZU.
