As soon as I saw Steve Javie was going to be reffing Game 4, I immediately gasped, "Oh no! We've lost!"
What transpired over the next 2 1/2 hours sadly vindicated my statement.
Javie is a Jazz-hater, who will purposefully and hatefully screw the Jazz every game he plays. I don't understand why he is still allowed to referee Jazz games. It's a friggin' joke.
Take Derek Fisher. Most people will feel sorry for Fisher because of what he's going through with his daughter. Not Steve Javie. He throws Derek Fisher out. Now Fisher is such a class act that there's no way he'd ever be legitimately thrown out.
Such was the case on Wednesday night.
Replays clearly show two Ginobili flops on the plays for which Fisher was T'ed up. On one of the plays, no foul should've been called (and if there was a foul it was on Ginobili who deliberately ran into Fisher while running up the court); on the other, Fisher hit Ginobili's arm but Ginobili fell like a grenade had exploded in his stomach.
Bam! Bam! Just like that! Derek Fisher is tossed.
What a joke!
How can the NBA wheel out Steve Javie and expect any reasonable person to assume that the game will be officiated fairly. It's time for the NBA to Jerry Crawford this guy.
Steve Javie should never ref another NBA game.
PERIOD!
