NCAA Basketball:
The Elite 8 finsihed up today, with two regional finals, Davison vs. Kansas and Texas vs. Memphis. In the South region, Memphis defeated Texas 85-67. Chris Douglas Roberts lead the Tigers with 25 points and AJ Abrams lead Texas with 17. This will be Memphis' first trip to the Final Four in this 3 year run of Elite 8s.
In the Midwest, Kansas defeated 10-seed Davidson 59-57. A 6 point Kansas lead with about 1 minute left evaporated, but a Jason Richards 25 footer at the buzzer went astray, ending the Wildcats Cinerella run. These wins set up the first Final Four of all 1 seeds in NCAA history. The Final 4 will be North Carolina vs. Kansas and UCLA vs. Memphis, starting next week.
