So we are set for the final four this weekend with all number one seeds remaining. This hasnt happened since seeding began in 1979. Personally I feel that this will make for some great basketball. I know it sucks that there are no underdogs to root for but if people want to watch some real good basketball, make sure you tune in this weekend. Here is a breakdown of each team in order of strength:
North Carolina-Woah. The tar heels have just been destroying teams and have just been on fire. Tyler Hansborough has played some stellar basketball and it looks like he will win the Final Four MVP. With roy Williams at the helm, this team looks headed to another National Championship.
Kansas-After watching them fight very hard against Davidson, many people feel that this Jayhawks team is weaker than in years past. I fell that davidson was just a real good team. Kansas plays very well and their four guard rotation kept them fresh in the past few games and that has allowed them to take control down the stretch. The only problem for Kansas is North Carolina
UCLA-Sure, so they havent been demolishing teams like they were supposed to but they still have overcome much adversity to get into the final four. With a ton of expierience and a young new player named Kevin Love, this team is destined for big things. This is their 3rd year in the final four and they are bound to bust through into the championship game at some point. With a very strong bench this team could win it all.
Memphis-Actually, Im suprised that they made it this far. I was almost positive that their terrible free throw shooting would doom them in the 2nd or 3rd round but amazingly they have survivied. Not for long. I cant see this team being able to hold up against major conference powerhouses that they will be facing this weekend. They arent as big or as strong as these teams and will have a tough time down the stretch.
Can anyone tell me how a TEAM could be so awful from the free throw line. I can see one player being bad but an entire team. C'mon. Are the coaches teaching them some awful technique or what?
My Picks-UCLA over Memphis UNC over Kansas
UNC over UCLA 76-68

You are delusional...Memphis shot over 70% against Michigan St, over 80% against Texas, do you even watch the games. They were horrible during the season because they did not focus. And Memphis has defeated UConn, Oklahoma, USC, Arizona, Georgetown, and Gonzaga. You seem to be confused to think they are a mid-major...remember Louisville, Marquette and Cincinnati were in their conference before the left for greener pastures. And as far as big and strong...G Derrick Rose 6'3" 200, G Chris D. Roberts 6'7" 200, G/F Antonio Anderson 6'6" 210, F Robert Dozier 6'9" 220, C Joey Dorsey 6'9" 265...and keep in mind they are all good athletes, now show me who has a bigger starting five between Carolina, UCLA, or Kansas
