I am stunned this morning by the breakdown of the Pistons in the 4th quarter of game 4. I am especially confused as to what Chauncey was doing by taking a 3 point shot with under 2:00 to play. The shot would have tied the game but at that point 2 points would have been the smart play. He was off balance and tried to force the shot which clanged off the back of the rim. Forget the tie, get 2 and let the Cavs pick up their defense. Chauncey also throws a crappy pass that was intercepted by Gooden and then Chauncey runs over and fouls him! Still plenty of time on the clock. A bonehead pass followed by a bonehead foul. Someone needs to sit Chauncey down and find out what is going on in his head right now, it certainly isn't basketball.
And where the heck was Rasheed all night? 9pts 5 boards and 1 asst. For someone that wants another Championship, he did not play like he wanted one. His stupid technicals are getting old. The team should fine him for that one. He knows the refs will be all over him and he goes and throws a hissy fit and throws his stupid headband. He didn't play well enough to be getting that mad at how the game was going. If he was mad he should have got his **** in gear and played.
Take away the dumb foul on Gooden 1pt back, tech on Rasheed 1 pt back, Chauncey getting 2 instead of trying for 3. 4 pts, 4 pts! given away by stupid play and childish antics. Oh and the final score 91-87, 4 POINTS!!!!!!!!
Charles Barkley said it during the post game, Flip should be giving Maxiell more playing time. This kid goes out on the floor and busts his rump the whole time he is playing. This is the kind of boost the Pistons need.
I love Antonio McDyess!!! This guy goes out and gives everything he has. He will score, rebound, assist, defend, block, he will do whatever it takes to get a win. This guy right now is the heart of this team. Antonio should be getting on the other players in the locker room and on the bench to get out there and play like they know how to play.
The Pistons need to get their heads on right and come back to Detroit and play like they really want this. They let 3 players on the Cavs take this game, LeBron, Gooden and Gibson. I have to hand it to Gibson, he is doing a fantastic job for Cleveland.

I agree Billups made some plays not like him. That 3 was odd as well as when he immediately fouled a Cavalier when there was still over a 1:15 left in the game.

It seemed as if Billups was trying to draw a foul by racing up the court and pulling up, then Pavlovic came out of nowhere on his left and that threw him off.

i think chauncey has been pretty sketchy all series.
and flight 23 were not worried we beat you 2 games without chauncey and we will beat you again without him

This series is being played for the right to lose to the Spurs. If the Piston team shows up that smacked Chicago around in the first two games of that series they'll have a chance. The way they are playing now? They would be lucky to get past Cleveland.
