Will the Miami Hurricanes return to being a national power?

Will the University of Miami football program return to take it's place amongst the nation's elite teams and if so how long will the rebuilding process take? I created this blog because I am interested in hearing your opinions on this matter, you don't have to like miami to respond.

Miami will definetly come back to take over college football. i believe that with randy shannon they will turn a new page for this team. i give them one more year. UUUUUUUUUUUUUUU
