Detroit (3pm Wednesday, 4/2)
So maybe I'm being a bit dramatic, but as this Bannister cat baffles our bats time and again today, I'm left wondering if all the ballyhoo was a bunch of bull. The Tigs are not looking mighty today, and even Casey would have a hard time putting hope in my heart as I watch the boys whiff and populate the box score with popcorn. Polanco? Puh-lease. I really hope there's a light coming soon in this tunnel, cause if we can't rally the bats against the lowly Royals, I shudder to think what's in store when we stare down the Tribe. But enough of my pitiful pessimism. They'll pull out of it, I know it. They're the best line up in baseball......right?

They will start to hit... this is very uncharacteristic - then again it is only the second game of the year and the second game they have all played together... Hopefully Bondo gets out of the 1st inning tomorrow and has a good game... I am not going to hit the panic button yet
