My MLB Told You So Blog

Well, i already made my MLB picks, but I want something more to prove I picked right at the end of the year. So here you go, my bold predictions for this MLB season.

  1. The Boston Red Sox will win the AL East.
  2. Manny Ramirez has the season of his career, hitting .335 with 48 HRs and 140 RBI, and wins the MVP.
  3. The Cleveland Indians will win the AL Central.
  4. Barry Bonds will not play anywhere this season.
  5. The Anaheim Angels will win the AL West.
  6. We have at least 3 no-hitters this season.
  7. The Detroit Tigers will win the AL Wild Card.
  8. The Tampa Bay Devil Rays will be winning the AL East in July.
  9. The New York Mets will win the NL East.
  10. The Texas Rangers will be in the playoff hunt in August.
  11. The Milwaukee Brewers will win the NL Central.
  12. The NL Central will be a rat race, with 5 teams finishing within 8 games of each other at the top.
  13. The Arizona Diamondbacks win the NL West.
  14. the D'Backs will have the best pitching staff in the NL.
  15. The Atlanta Braves will win the NL Wild Card.
  16. Everybody's darling the Chicago Cubs will miss the playoffs.
  17. Johnny Cueto of the Reds will win Rookie of the Year.
  18. Fransisco Liriano will finish .500 at best.
  19. The Oakland A's will be atrocious,
  20. Joe Girardi will be fired after the Yankees miss the playoffs.
  21. The Houston Astros will contend.
  22. The Cleveland indians win the World Series.
So, there you go. When this season is over, we can look back and see how smart i am.

The bandwagon for this guy is overloaded already. Yes, the guy looked great in his first start. But lets not grant him everything yet. Injuries can always happen and he pitchers in a great hitter's park.

Well 20 has no chance of happening, actually about 10 of these are off, at least I think so. But not too shabby for going out on a limb for a few.
