UNLV Threw the Tourney

One could argue that the 1991 Semifinal game between Duke and UNLV was the most significant game of the past 20 years.  This was the game where Duke and Coach K went from another team to the team to beat.  This game was a year off the UNLV crushing of Duke 101-71 in the 1990 Championship game.  UNLV entered the game 34-0 with a winning average of more than 27ppg while averaging 98+ppg.  They defeated a Georgetown team that featured Mutombo and Mourning.  Duke on the other had was a 30-5 2nd seed.
