Yes. He is. Out of high school everyone was saying he would be the next MJ. Didn't happen. Now, something like this happens. Yes, he had a great game. But, now everyone is making comparisons that he IS the next MJ or will be at the end of his career. Some are saying that was the best playoff performance of all time. Well, I don't think it was. Maybe top 5 though. Detroit's defense was terrible on that night. They were lazy. They weren't hedging on the screens. They weren't aggressive enough on the double-teams. Those were all reasons to why LeBron was getting good shots. Then they finally started hedging on the screens. But they weren't nearly aggressive enough and he was driving by them for layups. It was the worst defense I have seen all year from the Pistons. But, again, don't get me wrong, LeBron had a great game. It just wasn't very good defense. Now everyone can just calm down because LeBron may never again have 48, 9, and 7. He may never again have half of his team's assists. He may never again score his team's last 25 points in a tight playoff game. He may never again score 29 of their last 30 points in a playoff game. So stop (this is to everyone) overhyping LeBron James.
P.S. You can criticize me all you want. (Especially you Cavs fans out there.) It's my opinion and I'm entitled to it.
