When at first seeing the official press conference it made me feel good. I immediately liked him. He seemed to have an idea of what he was getting him self into. He knows how to coach, even as good as Wade was he had a mediocre team, saying that Wade was far from a finished product. This coach has a huge upside and has had his signature season yet. I haven't felt this way in many years, knowing we could face probation the future is bright.
