| 09:03 PM ET 04.23 | Take this as you will, but it has come to my attention from an inside source that Avery is hated within his own locker room. Lets start with the end of the Heat series...Dirk went to Cuban and basically said he no longer wanted or would play for Avery...thats just the start. Avery will not talk to Dirk, JET, J-Ho and the like. Nor will he listned to his asst coaches. This info comes from someone within the team. His micro managing has worm so much on the team that they don't want to play for the man. I noticed this about 2 months ago in a game against a West elite team...no one on the bench was even looking at him or listining, it stuck me as odd, and it appears to be more then just a feeling, it appears to be reality. The quicker they get bounced, the quicked the Little Ruler gets his pink slip, and the quicker we get back on track.
