If you make the fourth round, and you want one of the topics, you have to come and call it. The first to call it in the comments will receive the topic for their TD. 21. Make a World Under 21 team (no 21 year olds) Starting XI and five subs 22. Best Champions League/European Cup winner of all time
23. Is the MLS right in allowing LA to have technically 3 DP type players on their squad with Beckham, Donovan and Carlos Ruiz, when other teams are only allowed one? (most would say no, so...)
24. In 20 years, where will the MLS rank among the top sports in the US?
25. Next big name to come to the MLS and when (sort of Speculative but it might be interesting)
26. Make an All Bundesliga team
Remember, these are for the Fourth (4th) Round and beyond. BTW, I'm going to go ahead and tell you guys that your finish in this tourney is going to be very important. Report Offensive Commentjeeves, Stauff just gave us 26 new topics, where as we were down to only one left from the original list he provided this tourney. I'm fully satisfied with the Topic Pool as there are some doozy's on there. I feel that the best thing to do is just roll with this list. If you're concerned that this is a problem, you can bring it up before we start the next tourney and we can all hash it out then. Does that sound reasonable?

But if you mean which three teams will be NEW in the EPL next year, then it would be *PROMOTED* from the Championship to the Premier League.
