Yep, I said it. I think Atlanta will make it to the SB. Let me give you 5 quick points.
.They arguably have one of the most dynamic Backfields in all of football. Norwood gives you lightning quick speed and is a threat to take it to the house every time he touches it. And Michael Turner will be something special, he is big, strong, has a bruiser mentality, and he suprises people with his speed ( just ask the Broncos
Turner ran for 140 yards on 10 carries).
. They had a great draft haul in the first day. They picked up Matt Ryan who will excell in the Falcons run heavy system the same way Ben Rothlesberger did. And Sam Baker was the most underrated lineman in the draft he played in a pro style offense and rarely is out of position and will be great protecting Ryan's blind side just like he protected Booty and Leinarts blind side.
. They got rid of the troublemakers. Finnaly they unloaded Hall who didn't work from the start and is only one more season away from being on the same level as Pacman. And the Vick situation has died down and will be behind the team so they can move on.
. There new coach is from jacksonville. He will get them heading in the right direction and isn't likely to change his smash mouth style and will be consistent in his approach and if Atlanta needs anything it's consistency
. They have a kicker who can win close games in Jason Elam. You rarely talk about kicker when talking about reasons for a superbowl berth. Let's ake this quick Name one team that made the SB without a great kicker? Exactly.
5 reasons the Chargers will win the superbowl
. They have an outstandin front seven and has only gotten better with another year of experience.
. With the adition of Cason as our nickle we are oficialy the only team who can cover teams like the Patriots and colts. Don't confuse this with what the Giants did; pound Brady into the turf; which we did in the AFC championship.
. We have an outstanding O-line with McNeil, Dielman, Hardwick on the left side. . Philip Rivers matured in the playoffs and led his team to the AFC championship. He may have talked smack to the fans in INDY but what do you think they were doing? asking him out on a date. And he waved goodbye to Jay Cutler, what a good sport took the time out of his day to wave to a rival teams QB. Wish we had more people like Philip.

No it is not a joke. I am dead serious. I have a question for you. Did you watch any of the players I mentioned? Have you seen Philip Rivers Play every Game? Did you watch as the Chargers Defense rack up the most turnovers since the superbowl Ravens? If you haven't you shouldn't ask if it was a joke unless you know the players and not go off a few games that you saw parts of. And the Falcons wouldn't be the first team to go from losers to winners overnight.

Hey why don't you go F yourself I've been a fan of these teams my whole life I liked the Angels Before Mo Vaughn got there I've been a Laker fan since birth and I liked the Chargers since Brees's first year. And as for your point about the AFC south The Chargers only lost to one team in that division and beat the Colts twice. And Raiders suck hard and the Broncos are not ready to challenge.
Your losing touch with reality if you think the Raiders will be tough while Al Davis is running things. Maybe if you watched sports you would know a thing or two and not just watch sports shows and just spew out what you hear and not form your own opinion which real sports fans do.
