The following is my review of the Atlanta Falcons's First Round picks in the NFL Draft. I would review the rest, but I'm only familar with one other player the Falcons picked:
Round 1 #3: Falcons Pick: Matt Ryan
My Pick: Glenn Dorsey
Anyone who has read my blogs about the draft before know that I don't think Matt Ryan will be as good as many people think. With Dorsey left, I think the Falcons should have selected him and waited until later to pick someone else.
Round 1 #21: Falcons Pick: Sam Baker
This is a pick that I am so happy that the Falcons chose. They desperately needed an OT, and they got a good one here.
I think the Falcons had a good NFL Draft, one that in which could provide the Falcons with players to build their team around.
