Cloverfield: Directed by Matt Reeves and stars various actors.
I enjoyed this movie very much, I felt it brought about fear combined with reality to form a masterpiece.
Cloverfield revolves around a monster attack in New York City, and how it affects the lives of four friends in particular, as they search for a lost party member amongst the mayhem and destruction which is being rought by the unknown.
Travelling through various parts of New York, the four members encounter terror beyond anyone's imagination. A simple idea for a movie, giant monster attacks inhabitants of New York and does damage. However shooting this film through the camera (like in Blair Witch Project) really adds to the suspense and greatness of this film.
I loved this film a solid 4/5, made me think of Godzilla (but much more scarier), also at the very last scene in the movie (when they are videotaping the beach) take a close look to the far right side of your screen. Look for a falling black object (may require fram by frame movement)..... if you've seen this, what do you think it is?
