Just what the Doctor ordered! Doc Rivers that is!

Celtics win! Celtics win!

Okay, let me calm down now.

Honestly, I'm sitting in front of my laptop and yawning. I'm posting this entry with 30 seconds left in the 3rd period of the Boston - Atlanta Game 7.

I'm bored!  Was this really a Game 7? Is this the best that the NBA could do. It's Sunday and I missed church for this. I hope God forgives me. I'm not so sure though, he didn't take mercy on the Hawks. In fact, none of those guys wearing Hawks' jerseys must be church-goers because the Big Man sent the wrath down on them in the form of Garnett and Pierce.

The green suiters wore the less talented Atlanta squad out. It was like watching a Varsity / J.V scrimmage. ESPN did a poll and the only state in the nation that thought the Hawks could win was Georgia. Those guys down in the Peach Tree state must be getting too much heat. We all should have known that Boston would take control. But after six games of back and forth, I really didn't think that Atlanta would be spanked like this.

I guess the big question is... Why?

Why did Boston take so long to get going? What does this say about the Celts on the road in the playoffs? What happens if they run into New Orleans' young legs later? Are they really one of the best teams in NBA history?

I apparently have to wait and see what happens. I thought it was a done deal. I thought that Red would be lighting a cigar from above. I'm not so sure now.

These playoffs are wide open now.  Just ask Kobe what he thinks! Bling Bling!

I know one thing: Boston had better tread VERY carefully from now on. How do you let a team that didn't even finish the season over 500 take you to seven games? Atlanta exposed plenty of Boston's weaknesses, and you have to know that the other teams in the East will take notice.
