Okay, I was a little scared for a day or so, the C's seemed to have lost their spunk.  I was so sure this series was a sweep for the Celtics.  Afterall, the C's had beaten the Hawks 3 times during the season and the Hawks had a losing record coming into the playoffs (which by the way, should never happen, but that's another story).

After the first 2 games in Boston where the Celtics won by an average of 21 points, I thought for sure it wouldn't go more then 4 games. Everything was right on schedule , but then they went to Atlanta and all hell broke loose.  As game 3 wore on it seemed like the Celtics were a little flat, especially on defense.  Tied at halftime, I assured myself they would be better in the second half.  It was not to be and the Celtics fell 102-93.

I just knew there was little chance my beloved Celtics would lose 2 in a row, but they did,  It's back to Boston where they once again showed why they were the best team in the NBA this year.  No way they would lose again and Atlanta would be eliminated.  Once again the God's have rained on my parade.

It is now getting harder for me to watch and I prayed that I wouldn't be disappointed.  Game 7, back in Boston, no one thought it would get this far, especially me, but it did and now the Celtics would have to prove they are the better team.  They had to get the defense fixed and fast.  The game is now winding down to 14 sec.  The Celtics have won every quarter and the Final score is Boston 99, Atlanta 65.  The Celtics must play better on the road in the next series.

Bring on Cleveland!!!

Well, the Celtics were a 14 point favorite on today's game against the Hawks so it was more than likely they would win game 7. I had to give credit to Atlanta though, they were pesky and they put up a great challenge bringing Boston on the brink. Now, it's on to face the Cavs.....my prediction: Celtics in 6, maybe 7. Cool blog sandy.

The Celtics were just exposed as I told everyone they would be. Atlanta doesn't belong in these play-offs yet they were the only series that went 7.
Boston has far too many weaknesses to contend for a title. They will not get past Cleveland.
Cavs in 5-6.

It's the same team that won 66 games in the regular season. Every team has things they can improve on, even Cleveland, L.A. San Antonio, etc. I'd like to see them win a few games on the road, but if they win every game at home they will be Champs.
