I just read Hoop Dreams, a basketball book.
It is about William Gates.
And it was also about Arthur Agee.
They both grew up in Chicago in the '80's. William went to St. Joseph, where he was coached by Gene Pingatore.
Arthur was coached by Coach Bedford while he played at Marshall. They both knew each other. This book is a biograohy is them both going through their high school career, until college. It lists the challenges they face and how they got through them. It is an excellent book!
