I helped out with the 3 day training camp at Xtreme Couture this past weekend. About 40 people came out to it. It was a camp for the public to come train with me, Mike Pyle and Randy Couture. I think it's good to teach a little bit and show moves that you are good at because it sharpens you up and refreshes your memory on stuff you know.
During the camp I was picking up things from Randy and Mike Pyle. Once you compete at a high level it could be a little movement of your body that makes a difference in executing a move. And refreshing my memories on my moves and picking up things from Mike and Randy I got something out of the camp too.
I'm getting ready to train today with some professional boxers. I'll be sparring them at UNLV's Boxing Gym. I'm still a way out from my next fight so I'm trying to learn now.
Next Wednesday I'll be flying out to Tokyo, Japan. Mike Pyle is fighting for World Victory Road. I will be cornering him. It will be my first time in Japan. I might come back about 100lbs because I don't eat fish. LOL.
