Shane Victorino is an outfielder for the Philadelphia Phillies. If you have never heard of him, I suggest you catch a Phillies game and you will witness a guy with one of the best arms in the majors. He routinely guns guys down at home from deep right field. I don't think it is a stretch to say that he has the best arm in the majors. The guy just make it look so easy and whats even more amazing is that he is only about 5'9 180.
