 I am asking for 1 rational thought to indicate there is justification to think that all arent using illegal performance enhancing drugs.

First of all you can't group all athletes into the "Cheater" category. There are prime examples of very bad teams and players outhere, just look at my Rockies, Nuggets,Broncos and Avalanche. If any of them were using performance enhancing they would not "SUCK" so much.
