Today, if you didn't see it on ESPN on ABC, the Boston Celtics beat the Cleveland Cavaliers in game 7, 97-82. I, myself, am a Cavs fan first and foremost, and am also a Celts "fan" when they don't face the Cavs. And before you call m a bandwaggoner, I would just like to say that I have been a Celts fan ever since Antoine Walker played for them. Unfortunately, that's the first Celtics jersey I ever got. Anyway, the whole game I was on the edge of my seat, sweating, swearing, almost soiling myself. It was a 2 man game between Pierce, who scored 41 points, and LeBron, 45. But it cam down to the supporting cast around their respective teams, and also the want that they both had to win that game.

I was psyched fo the game to start and was so happy that the Cavs forced a game 7, until Boston cruised their way to a 14-4 lead, and if your a Cavs fan, your either feeling like the Cavs are tied, because we have LeBron, or you feel like me, like we're down by 20 instead of 10. At that point I was flipping between that game and the Brewers-Red Sox game since I have Kevin Youkilis and Rickie Weeks on my fantasy team. I was so pissed when I saw that at one point the Cavs were down by 14 and thought that the Cavs were done. They had no chance of coming back.

I didn't watch most of the third quarter because I was so mad. Had I really known this was gonna be the last game of the season for the Cavs, I would've watched every single second of the game, because when that clock began to wind down, with the Celtics about to win, I felt so crappy, I never wanted to watch basketball again. The next time I'm going to see the Cavs is next year. I then realized that, I wasted my time all year long, doing other things besides watching the Cavs, when now I can't do that anymore. Sometimes you really don't know what you have til you lose it. That's why I feel so badly for Sonics fans, they're the ones getting their hearts ripped out of from David Stern's bare hand. But anyway, the things I'll miss from this year, are watching my favorite some of my favorite players play, and hanging out with some of the best fans in basketball. The Q is one of the loudest arenas in all of basketball, with the best pregame theatrics. And one time, when I went to the game against the Wizards in game 2, when Haywood got ejected, I was screaming so hard, my whole left arm started to go numb. The next day, I couldn't even speak.

After the Cavs walked off the court for the last time this year, I was so sad. I have to watch the rest of the NBA season knowing that my team, who I knew would still have a chance to beat the Pistons, aren't gonna play another game. And most disappointing of all, I won't get to see the best player in the NBA play, LeBron James. I won't see his 30 points games, his electrifying dunks, or his enthusiasm on the court, for another year. To me, that feels like someone taking your best friend away for a year. I love watching the Cavs, but somehow, I couldn't realize that during the season. There is no feeling like watching a Cavs game at the Q, and I can't experience that feeling for another year.

Yeah, I heard it was a good game. I was at work and missed it. I did however predict the end score at half time. Well I predicted;

Celtics 97 vs Cavs 93.

The Final score was;

Celtics 97 vs Cavs 92.

Oh well. I am a Cavs fan so it hurt to have to admit that. I believe the Cavs are perhaps 1 or 2 Players from taking the Championship a few times. They really need a PF to help crash the O-Boards and to push the ball down the court. Not to mention that with LeBron and West, a PF with perhaps a SG would rock.

I have one solution for the Cavs, clean sweep of the Front Office and get some players around the king

Azmodi, just imagine if Boozer hadn't stabbed us in the back. We would have a championship. Him and Art Model should get together and go bowling.

Hey Ferry,Sczerbiak,Smith and Wallace,are good and all but they are no Pippen to Lebron.

Man don't even get me started. I was actually hoping to read the headlines in the paper that a disenchanted fan had run over Artie when he walked out of his Baltimore office.

As for Boozer, well his name says it all. Their both wack jobs and I'm glad their gone. I'm just not happy for Cleveland. We got ripped off twice.

Wallace is not wha I would call good. He is slowing down by the second. He had only two good games and that equalled one per series. Not good at all.

Big Ben is passed his prime and I would not be surprised to see him not return next year and decide to retire. He has had some injuries and his age is getting to him. You can't continually crash the boards and be the fight guy. Guys like that are great when they are young but they get old fast.

Alright LYNCH, enough of the Carlos Boozer and Art Modell talk. Number one, the Browns sucked anyway. Number two, Boozer is no different than anyone else in the NBA: More money is where he goes. The only difference is that he plays hard, which most NBA players don't do. About Modell, sometimes a move is a good thing for a city. The Colorado Rockies moved on to become the New Jersey Devils, we got the Colorado Avalanche and the city of Denver's first professional sports championship. Now Cleveland actually has a good team, and they were only without one for like 5 years. Give it up.

I was wondering where you've been, Lynch.

nelson, what's it matter if a team is a good one when they move. It's about the fans and how good, GREAT they were and still are. Cleveland fans are the best fans you can get.
