I had a dream about the future of MLB when Andruw Jones was watching a baseball game in his huge mansion while eating potato chips at an overweight 350 pounds. He just saw Hanley Ramirez break the home run record. Just like Barry Bonds did after he was a speed demon (like Hanley now). Brandon Webb just blew a chance for his 4th Cy Young Award and has slumped after leaving to get into pinstripes (sound familiar?)
Also Joe Torre just got elected into the Hall of Fame along with Tony LaRussa. Also Joe Torre has won two World Series with the Dodgers and they have bgecome the new Yankees. With Girardi just fired they have plummeted to the Devil Rays who are the new big team just ahead of Boston and the Orioles. The young talent will definately help them.
Also there is yet one more thing that I noticed. The number of players had greatly decreased. I then found out that baseball fixed the steroid problem with this:
1st offense-25 game suspension
2nd offense-1 year suspension
3rd offense-banned from MLB
On my part I thought that It was a little too harsh becuase now their were less fans that were die-hards about the MLB. Also Hanley Ramirez had already two offenses and might be wiped clean of his record. Well right now I just can't see Hanley Ramirez doing that. But then again, nobody thought that Barry Bonds would either. BALCO has still yet to be caught completely.
