Why is it that American promoters and fans typically (not always Clay Guida fans) write someone off after losing multiple fights, if they are exciting.  I can understand someone getting beat up by tomato cans being cut.  But what is going on with the recent comments from Dana White about Wanderlei Silva desperately needing to win?  His fight with Chuck was probably a top 5 fight in the UFC.   Constant action like Bonnar vs. Griffin 1.  I would rather watch Wanderlei fight his heart out with nonstop action and lose (i would like to see him win first and foremost) than watch him wrestle and lay on someone the whole fight (ahem...Rashad Evans, Shawn Sherk).  I know a fighter has to win his share to stay in the mix for belts, but if Wanderlei loses another exciting fight to Jardine,  Why shouldn't they give him a fight against a mid level LHW or let him drop to 185.
