I have returned to the Karma Police, and am gracing you with my musical knowledge. I bestow upon thee 6 mighty songs that will change your life. Or you'll just like em. Or you might not. Im not sure. Just enjoy.

The Fratellis- Flathead
Not quite sure what this song is about, maybe something about going to a club, some innuendo, suggestive lyrics, I don't care. But if anyone knows how to write a catchy song, its this trio of Scotland rockers. And this girls in this video are HUGE. But a good huge.

The Kooks- Naive
2008 is a great year fopr Karma Police. With bands such as Vampire Weekend, The Mars Volta, The Matches, and The Kooks having already released CD's, I've had no shortage of new songs to listen to. This song is from their album Inside In/ Inside Out released in 2006. Only the Kooks and Beck could make great break up songs (see Lost Cause).

The Pixies- Here Comes Your Man
The Boston quartet sure can pump out good music. This song comes off their album Doolittle, and has sort of a chill Beach Boys vibe. News about a new album being released in 2008 was just shot down by Frank Black, a huge shame.

Tokyo Police Club- Tessellate
With their upbeat instrumentals, shortish songs, and young adult/ teen messages, Tokyo Police Club is shaping up to be a lot similar to another favorite band of mine, The Strokes. Enjoy their first single from their new CD Elephant Shell, also released in 2008 (told you its been a great year).

The Killers- Read My Mind
Any self respecting music fan would hate The Killers after their first single, Somebody Told Me. I have forgiven them, as their transformation into a great band is completed with easily their best song, Read My Mind.

Bright Eyes- First Day Of My Life
**** I love this song. No words. Just listen.
Bonus Video- The Strokes DVD
No music, just humor as the Strokes kick off their first tour in 2001.
