Hopkins won in Boston by the score of 10-9 on Saturday. They played near perfect as well. They shot and passed well, played defense well and they teamwork was on. Also they x-factor of the game was faceoffs and Hopkins outhustled Duke easily in that category. I honestly don't know how they upset them for the third playoff meeting in a row but they somehow managed to put more goals in the net then Duke could.
Also Syracuse pulled a double overtime win upset over number 2 seeded Virginia who just came off an overtime victory to Maryland themselves. Syracuse seemed to be outplayed throughout the game constantly but they seemed to get things back together and pull in another win and advance to another historic chapter between the two best overall lacrosse teams in NCAA history. Period.
