Ok, so game 2 didn't fare to well for the Spurs, but are the Lakers 30 points better? We all know the answer to that. let's just run them side by side.
Tim Duncan vs. Golag... come on, edge to SA.
Parker vs. Fisher... This is interesting. We saw these 2 go at it last year, and Parker got the better of him, be Fischer was distracted. I still think Parker is quicker, so the edge goes to SA.
Bowen vs. Bryant... This is dependent on the refs. If the refs are calling ticky tack fouls, then Bryant cuts loose in the 3rd and 4th quarters when Bowen has too many fouls to be effective. If the refs realize its the playoffs, and call it the same on both ends, then edge to Bowen. If Bryant gets only 20 points, then Bowen did a good job.
Bench's... If Manu blows up again, then it will be lights out for LA. They have no answer, not even Bryant can keep up.Edge to SA.
Jackson vs. Popovich... This one is easy, Jackson has made a career on riding the coattails of excellent players. His vaulted "triangle" offense fails of it doesn't have 3 superstars running it, it has failed every other time it has been tried. Jackson started working the refs for tonights game on Sunday, which means he already is losing confidence. Edge to SA.
So, Faker fans... it's easy to see why the Lakers got the number one seed by using a weak schedule, and if they can handle the pressure to hold it. The Hornets couldn't hold court against the Champs, now let's see of the Lakers can.
