Whom is the greatest college lacrosse program ever? Syracuse or Hopkins? Well, in Foxborough, Massachusetts, we found out. It started of the same way the UVA vs. Syracuse game started off; Johns Hopkins got off to a fast start and had a commanding lead at the end of the first quarter, much like UVA did. Syracuse came back though: slashing and cutting their way to the lead. Both tied at 9 a piece (in national championships). Whomever won this stalemate would be the greatest. Syracuse had a strong lead when team leader Paul Rabil came back, finishing the day with 6 goals. The goaltender, Michael Gvozden had 20 saves, coming 3 short of the alltime saves mark in a National Championship. But Hopkins was too overmatched. They tired towards the end, and Syracuse took the crown. They are the greatest program ever. It was 13-10 'Cuse.

Burn this image into your brain. With alltime players like Gary and Paul Gait, Casey, Ryan, and Mikey Powell, Jim Brown, and so many more; you can't expect to compare Kyle Harrison, Paul Rabil, Dave Petramala, and other JHU greats to the like of the Orangemens greats.
