I went to the UFC on Saturday. I'm a fan. I love this sport. Everytime the guys walk to the ring I get goosebumps. Wanderlei Silva coming out and dominating the fight like he did was incredible.
I got back in the gym on Monday and got to work out with Takanori Gomi. He used to be the Lightweight champion in PRIDE in Japan. It was fun. One of the best things about the gym is that we always have somebody new in here. I believe that helps elevate our games, because we're always seeing different styles.
I'm flying out to New York tonight. I'm trying out for a movie. I don't know too much about it. It's a real small part and soemthing I want to try out. Hopefully they don't throw tomatoes at me. I'm going to go see my mom for a couple days. She lives in Freeport, New York.
