It was Texas. They blasted Oklahoma and Texas Tech, not to mention beating Colorado 70-3 (no misprint) in the Big 12 Championship game. I forgot to mention that in their second game that season they had to go to #4 Ohio State, a game they clutchly pulled out at the end. And who did Texas beat in the Championship Game? Oh yeah, thats right, the #1 ranked, undefeated, two time defending, two heisman trophy, hailed as the best ever 2005 USC Trojans. Sorry, Miami beat a terrible Nebraska team who lost by 36 during the regular season. It's not even close, Texas was the best of the BCS teams.
