We sure do hate us some UF at UGA. It is pretty easy to do so. Here is a brief listing:
THE MASCOT: An American alligator. A big , ugly creature, with a very tiny brain. Very lazy, spends most of the time floating or sunning on the banks of stagnant bodies of water. Favorite foods: rotten meat, beloved pets. Stinks of decay.
THE FANS: Very few own a shirt, and dress accordingly at the games. Rough, tobacco picking heritage lends itself to a raucous, obnoxious, rude, abrasive, drunken fan base. Tend to overestimate the value of a UF degree and the prowess of their teams. Primarily bleeding heart liberal hippies. Don't taze me, bro.
THE RIVALRY: Played every year at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta, with a predominately UGA fanbase in attendance, in the state of Georgia. Considered 100% neutral site and a place where public drunkeness is celebrated as an art form. Oh wait, my bad. Played every year in Jacksonville FLORIDA, for many years in the GATOR bowl, within spittin' distance of the campus and surrounded by bad, drunken FLORIDA fans (see above). For many years, Georgia played spoiler to overrated UF teams, and left them weeping on the sidelines. Yeah, UF has won x number of games out of x number of times, blah blah blah, puts me to sleep. Just remember 1966 and 2007. Overhyped, Heisman winning QB (Spurrier, Tebow) come in confident, leave game losing and sacked 5 or 6 times. And the Lindsay Scott, Lindsay Scott, Lindsay Scott, in 1980.
THE QUARTERBACK: Won the Heisman trophy. Carried or passed the ball on almost every down. Got shut down by the BULLDAWGS last year. Cried after the game. Tends to get dumped a lot by his girlfriends. My son, UGA 64, said it is almost impossible to be a Heisman trophy winning QB at a major, recent national championship school and still strike out with chicks. Especially at a place as target rich as UF. And most of the chicks are drunk!
WHY UGA MUST BEAT THEM: A major SEC East rival. And because we hate them so very much.

Number 1. Mascot... the mascot stuff sounded more like the bulldogs than the Gators.. Besides the "beloved pets" part we do kill eat alot of bulldogs.
Number 2. Fan... Why doesnt uga fans go shirtless.. because uga's fan are fat, ugly and dont want to blind anyone.
Number 3. Rivalry... not much of one here, for it to be a rivalry both teams need to win about 50% of the time not once a decade in your case.
Number 4. QB... NC. SECC, Heisman... in two years. uga try doing that in 200 years and then talk ****.

why would we wish we were you????? i sure don't, gator fans( with the exception of RUgator) think that they are better than every one else, and try to find every reason as of why they are still better than a team when the team clearly defeated them ex UGA, Auburn, but really when Gator fans are flashing their 15-3, or whatever the record is in the past twenty or so years they can't accept the fact that UGa and Auburn are just better than them, accept the fact Gator fans that YOU LOST and stop bringing up the past, this is now

Stupid blog just like UGA fans.
Don't really care what fat loser say on their greasy keyboards. Let the players decide on the field. UGA deserved to win last year. Can't wait for this years game. It should be a doozie and will carry implications in the National Championship chase, I support all SEC teams when they play outside the conference but don't care for most of the brain dead fans !

I am a Dawg fan, but I don't agree with you when it comes to the game being an advantage for UF cause it is in JAX. I have been to that came for 12 years straight and there is just as many Dawg fans as there are Gator fans.
