Well, the Bears have decided to really make this year a QB competition.  Many fans including myself would say that this 'idea' should have been implemented in the past already.  While both men have shown glimpses of a really good QB, no one has been able to consistently do it.  Grossman has regressed enough to make Bears fans sick and Kyle Orton showed some nice touch at the end of last season.

It is my opinion that the Bears should hand over the job to Orton and see what he can do now.  With Grossman signed on for this year only it is his job to win back if Orton fails.  Since Orton is signed for an additional year he would be primed to be the backup if he were not to fulfill his duties.  I don't think another year of Grossman will answer any questions for the Bears let's hope that the draft this year will make an immediate impact for this club.

Which QB do you think deserves the start?

As a Packer fan I would love to see Grossman continue to start. But, for all of you Bears fans I'd agree that Orton should start. Orton has shown some potential...he just needs to stop doing shots.

As much as I agree with you that Orton should be starting this season I know it will be Grossman. After grossman screws up which he will because he was never built to be an NFL quarter back (although he was good in college) Orton will get his chance and after he doesnt perform they will look to next years draft with a top 3 pick and hopefully get Tim Tebow or one of the other great QB's that will be in this draft...mark my words now!
