I'm focusing on a lot of strength & conditioning. I've been training with Jake Bonacci for my last 2 fights. I believe it took my game to the next level. I have gained improvement in my cardio and my muscle endurance. Mixed Martial Arts is a sport where you have to use all the muscles in your body and you have to have great cardio. Jake puts me through a lot of circuit training. Right now I'm about 10 weeks out from my next fight so I'm focusing on lifting heavier and getting stronger. When I get closer I'll start lightening up the weight and focusing more on cardio.
