Big Brown became the 1st Triple Crown hopeful to finish last! His jockey Kent Desurmaux said he had no horse. Was it the hoof? Was it the lasix to open his lungs? Internal bleeding? Other injurys?
Was Big Brown to tired, and is 3 races to much in 5 weeks? This morning I read up on the horses I liked Big Brown and Macho Again. Big Brown set the pace and Macho Again come down and close it, well I went .5/2. Big Brown pulled up and finished last and Macho Again started to come but never came through.
Now I am going to explane Big Brown's race. He started in the 1 hole and had a decent brake. Da' Tara the winner got right infront of him and he kissed Da' Tara right on the butt. Then, Kent pulled him up and took him to the outside. Big Brown's head was jerking around and he never looked focused. He hung around 3rd until the final turn. Then, it all went south, Kent asked for him to pick it up andnothing happened. So Kent knew it was over and pulled him up up and made him jog it in. He finished last and Da' Tara won.
Well, will it ever happen again? The world may never know.
