2008 Offseason. What should the Flyers do??

What is the biggest concern facing the Flyers this offseason?

Is it the small amount of cap room they have to play with for Free Agency?

Is is wondering whether Derian Hatcher will retire or not?

Should their defensive woes be fixed through Free Agency or a trade?  If a trade, who goes?
