Welcome to the ninth installment of Love it ? or Hate it ?..as usual we take a subject and tell you whether we love it or hate it..feel free to throw in your 2-cents.

The panel this week consists of Harry Callahan, i B4 e, It's All Mine!, and PackBrew42.

The first subject is soccer.

i B4 e: Hate it.

Sure I loved it when my kids played (my oldest was a heckuva goalie BTW). But now, I just can't get into it no matter how much I try. Sorry Keeper.

PackBrew42: Love it.

Played it as a kid...I was pretty talented in basketball and everyone commented of how great of a b-ball player I would've been, but I fell in love with soccer.

The global game, requires a hell of a lot of stamina, agility, and talent. European soccer is the best to watch by far, but with time American soccer will catch up (in about 10-15 years).

It doesn't get a fair shake in this country, but with the # of kids playing it nowdays, I think the anti-soccer crowd will gradually evaporate.

It's All Mine!: Hate it.

I just can't get into it. It annoys me when I hear people say that the USA needs to embrace it, so we can "join the rest of the world in the world's most popular game". Screw the rest of the world! We have invented the world's best team sports right here in the good ol' Yoo-Ess-of-A. Soccer! Pshaw!

And another thing! It is reprehensible that soccer fans in Europe and elsewhere actually fight, gang-style, sometimes leading to murder. People die because they root for a certain team? Again I say, SCREW THE REST OF THE WORLD!

And i only say that because i don't pay any attention to it..it's just sort of there. If i happen to be channel surfing and it lands on soccer..i just keep moving.

I don't really understand all the hubbub..it just can't hold my attention.

The second subject is Jennifer Aniston.

Not sure why she's such an A list actress. Can anyone name a "good" movie with her in it? ... ... Exactly, cause she hasn't been in any. Not that attractive either.

Harry: Love her.

I think she is very good looking..in fact i think just the opposite of Packbrew..i laughed my **** off at "The Break-Up"..she was pretty funny in that.

If you think about it she is going to be..in fact already is the most successful member of that whole "Friends" cast as reaching star status..she's not a VA VA VA BOOM hottie of the month..but she has a glow about her that is just right.

Well, I'll say love her because a certain Pier member who shall remain nameless frowns upon the "indifferent" answer (see Curly, I didn't use your name). She will probably never win any Nobel Prizes, but she doesn't do anything idiotic. Plus she has a great set of eyes.

Only because she's beautiful, and has wonderful eyes. I didn't care for "Friends", and haven't seen any of her movies, but by the same token, I haven't heard of her getting in trouble with the law or going the way of Brittney or Paris, so...I love her!

The third subject is Foosball.

Not my favorite bar game (favorite being shuffleboard (not the outdoor, but the indoor variety)) but its up there. Definately something that doesn't require a lot of skill or talent.

It's All Mine!: Love it.

The first time I played was in Germany, the birthplace of the table game. I have played ever since. I've owned a table before, and will again, when I have a place big enough to house one.

But the thing is this: I'll kick your butt! That was a challenge, by the way. I'm a tenacious defense player, and often frustrating to my offensive opponent. But I'm dangerous from back there, too. I can shoot a needle-threading straight shot, and (opponents hate this) I'm a 90% bank shooter, near or far wall.

But for all of my bragging here, I am in no way at the level of state/national/international players. Those guys are superhuman! And blinding fast! Maybe when I grow up, I can be as good as them.

PackBrew...PackBrew...I quote you as saying, "Definately something that doesn't require a lot of skill or talent."

Shame, shame, my friend. Not true a-tall! A beginner would be crying tears of humiliation after their first five balls against a practiced player.

Uh, we're talking foosball the game and not Foosball our friend, right? I mean I love him too, but not in that way. I mean I do...um...let's just say love foosball and leave it at that.

I usually get whipped pretty badly though..my hand eye coordination makes me move too slow at this..so if your half way decent..you will kill me at it.

It's pretty easy to get a bar slammed into your crotch at this also..trust me on this.

It looks like someone put a black halloween wig on Barney Fife.This is one ugly dude here..he looks like he has a golf ball replacing his adams apple.

I think if the wicked witch from "The Wizard of Oz" had a baby with the guitarist Slash..it would look like him.

He is richer than some countries..for his fan following..i will give him that.

I have never really listened to or watched his program, but he seems to be a very logical & intelligent guy.

It's All Mine!: Hate him.

He stands for everything I stand against. He is a self-absorbed windbag, using the basest language and engaging in disgusting sophomoric humor. He causes me to think that he never did get past the junior high mentality. His attitude toward women is deplorable. They are just objects to him. And the people that I have met that really like him are the same people that I have as little to do with as possible. 'Nuff said.

As far as I'm concerned he's a pompous blowtard. He is way too out there for my tastes and he gets on my nerves if I accidently come across his show.

The look on Letterman's face..looking at Stern's feet on his desk.. is pure gold.
