Now that I'm a bit known here....I'll tell you how I think about Throwdowns in general.

 I will take on, and initiate, Throwdowns and present opinions that may be contrary to public opinion if I feel strong in my opinion.  All I care about, win or lose, is that I present Throwdown arguments that are clear, relevant and use facts that pertain to the argument at hand.

I will make jokes and cracks about the sanity of the people I am engaged with in the Throwdown but I will never purposefully insult someone on here.  I don't know you all on a personal level; as such, I have no basis to comment on you beyond your arguments/comments.

I will base my vote equally on the premise (Throwdown title), the reason (primary arguments for both persons) and the counter arguments.  Doesn't matter how true the Throwdown premise is...if you can not logically support it (or counter the premise/reason/argument if it is baloney)....you will not get my vote.

I will not play favourites in voting for Throwdowns; if I know you and your argument is weak you don't get my vote (assuming the other person's argument isn't weaker). 

I will not use team achievement as primary arguments when discussing individual player comparisons. If you say Tom Brady is better than Peyton Manning and your first argument is "3 rings to 1", then you lose my vote because you are using a team achievement as your primary backing point for individual discussion. 

I will show no love towards the people who cheat to win Throwdowns.  My best guesses include that those that do must have low self-esteem in life, have a player hater degree (Ph.D) or just have a general lack of ethics and morals (or all of the above).
