 What's going on with this team and more importantly the management.

 No one could fail to notice what occured at the end of last season, but this season to sack Willie Randolph is just a complete joke not only why it was done, but the way it was done.

I think that Wilpon needs to take a long hard look at himself and how he promotes the team he owns. In my opinion he deserves the utmost contempt and should not be allowed to be near the MLB never mind owning a team, this guy has made the Mets a laughing stock.

Though on the field the teams record is not great they are not that far behind ( 5.5 gb ) and seem to be still cruising along, all it needs is for 1 or 2 players to step up and the league is still in reach. 

 N.Y YANKEES  40 & 33.

 As i said in my last blog the Yankees are the best team in New York at the minute, they are holding a winning record and have a streak of 7. Most of this appears to be the re-introduction of A-Rod and Posada into the line-up as well as strong performances from Giambi and Jeter as well as good solid pitching.

 Concussion.

 Mets : Wilpon is making them and baseball a joke.

 Yankees : On the rise.
