Parental Discrestion Advised, the truth hurts.
First off. I thank Don Imus for one reason. I am white, but not racist. When somebody gets arrested for possesion with intent, murder, etc. We see it on TV, what race and gender is it usually? A black male. When somebody gets arrested for money laundering, what race and gender is it usually? White male or female. It may come as a surprise. But why does it not matter to whites? Because we don't really care if somebody says this about our race.
If Don Imus would have been black, and Adam Jones white, we wouldn't be talking about this, would we? We isn't it negative saying whites can't jump? Why is it negative saying that black people can't do some things that white people can?
Caron Butler was arrested 11 times before turning 15. He is also black. I know what Don Imus tried to say. I don't always agree with it, but I see where he is coming from.
Rocco Mediate; Johnny Miller said he sounds like somebody cleaning my pool. Wnhy didn't I find that outrageous? Because he does. His name sounds mexican.
