I can't think of anything sports related right now, so I will blog about my next favorite passion, Country Music.
Country may not be as popular as rap or rock, especially the classic country that I listen too, but the Outlaw Movement in Country music was the greatest time for music ever, I mean you have Waylon Jennings, Willie Nelson, Johnny Paycheck, David Allan Coe, Kris Kristofferson, singing songs the way they were meant to be, from Ain't Livin' Long Like This to Take This Job and Shove, I love everything about the Outlaw Movement.
My next favorite era was from the late 80's to mid 90s, you go the rebirth of the Honky Tonk, with Keith Whitley, Garth Brooks, Mark Chesnut, Travis Tritt, Joe Diffie, it was great.
Then I go way back to the Bob Wills and Hank Williams Sr. days, nothin like good ole original Honky Tonk, you have the two I mentioned, Marty Robbins, Hank Thompson, Lefty Frizzel, the start of George Jones and Johnny Cash.
and Country Music died after 1995
