Well, the time has come...I have spent one year on fannation.  Unfortunatley, my time here on Fannation has been marred by inactivity and losing.  Although, I am very happy with what Fannation has provided for me, It has given me a chance to voice my opinions and I have done so to the max.  It has also given me the chance to listen to others on what they think about the latest and breaking news in the world of sports.

I havent been the most active person on Fannation, but when I am, I would like to think I cause a ton of controversy.  Thus my name is controversy is alive, although I shortened it CiA.  A few of my blogs have been met by some major heat, including the one where I called out Peyton Manning, the one where I called out Patrick Kerney, and the one where I called out SEC football.  And one of my more recent ones, NFL Power Rankings.

I have posted a couple 1,000+ view blogs and I am very happy that many people actually care what I have to say, whether you agree or not.  I am also very proud a couple of my TD's have been voted on 60 or more times.  It all means to me that people care what you have to say and they are willing to listen.

So thank you Fannation, for the great year I have spent with you!

And yes, some of you may think from reading this that I am retiring from Fannation.  And you're right.

I am going into a semi retirement, no longer doing TD's, no longer messaging people (unless you message me first).  I am not going to accept any more friends...I am done.  I will post a blog every so often, and I will check TD's maybe commenting on one that I find interesting.  But for the most part, I will just be looking and writing my blogs.

So...goodbye Fannation, it has been a great year!

Good luck with your FanNation withdrawal symptoms. There is no rehab, no 12-step program. The only way to go is cold turkey. But every time you log on to write a blog or take a peek at a thread, you'll find yourself drawn back in to daily usage. So, as I said, Good Luck with that.
