Okay guys I was just thumbing through a Fantasy Football publication and they have listed as the most valuable at the following positions:
Tom Brady, QB
Ladanian Tomlinson, RB
Stephen Gostkowski, K
Antonio Gates, TE
Randy Moss, WR
Defense/Special Teams, Chicago Bears
Anybody disagree with these? If you had a pick in your draft and these guys were all available at these positions, is there anybody you would take instead?
Personally, I think Brady/Moss combo is a must for any team in a salary cap league, despite taking the huge $ hit. You can make up for it by going with some low budget kickers, D, and a second tier QB-WR combo like Tavaris Jackson-Bernard Berrian combo. Word on the street Tavaris is looking way better than last year and with a vet WR like BB who is a short-route specialist, this wouldnt be a bad alternate and cheap choice.
